FullHouseAI provides AI-powered property management tools for the UK. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide to us.

We collect the following personal data:

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number
• Property data: property addresses, tenancy details, tenant names and contact information
• Documents: files you upload such as certificates and agreements
• Bank statements: you may upload bank statements for transaction matching purposes. Statement data is processed temporarily to match transactions against your rent records. Raw bank statement data is not stored permanently — only confirmed payment records (date, amount, status) are saved to your account
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details
• Usage data: how you use our AI tools and features
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information (via essential cookies only)

We process your data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: to provide the FullHouseAI service you signed up for
• Legitimate interest: to improve our service, prevent fraud, and send essential service notifications
• Consent: for any optional marketing communications (you can opt out at any time)

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which operates on servers within the UK and EU. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never have access to your full card details.

AI processing is handled by Anthropic. When you use our AI tools, relevant data is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not retain your data for training purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account:

• Account and property data is deleted within 30 days
• Uploaded documents are deleted within 30 days
• Billing records are retained for 12 months for tax and accounting purposes
• Anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Objection — object to certain types of processing

You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Export My Data. Your data belongs to you.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@fullhouseai.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI processing
• Resend — transactional emails
• Vercel — hosting and serverless infrastructure

Each of these providers processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

We use essential cookies only, which are necessary to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

FullHouseAI is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
